Coosaw Creek Equity Members Elect 5 New Directors To Their  Cabinet

The Annual Board Of Directors meeting was held at Cathedral Of Praise at 6:00pm on February 26, 2009. The purpose of the meeting was to:

1. Receive reports from the officers of the club
2. Present the operating results for the fiscal year 2008 and 2009 budget
3. Hold the annual election of directors

Five directors were elected. Three will be Class "B" directors for three year terms expiring in 2012. Two will be elected to fill vacancies on the board for terms expiring in 2010 and 2011.

The new members are:

1. Marion Phillips
2. Bill Simoson
3. Kit Graves
4. John Bennett
5. Aubrey Bell
